Iron
Iron rich foods suddenly became important to me when my treatment was postponed because my red blood cell count was suddenly too low. A sense of humor wouldn't hurt:
Books surround me, yet I always seem to need one more. I've been a writer, actor, dancer, dance therapist, secretary, Methodist minister, certified chemical dependency counselor. I've been out of action for years with illnesses. I have enjoyed several blogs, prompting me to try it. It's like talking to myself, only not.
